Mustard seeds : it’s benefits to humans.
Mustard seeds are the most used spice in India. These are round and aromatic seeds. They are 1-2 mm in diameter and black, brown and yellow. From ancient times this spice has been ruling the kitchen floor. There are being fried until they make a pop sound. Not only these spices are used to add flavour but also the oil which has been extracted from this mustard is used to provide cosy in the chilling winters. Mustard seeds contain a great source of oil and protein.
WHERE DID THE MUSTARD SEEDS PROCESS AND MANUFACTURE INTO EDIBLE FORM :
Most mustard seeds can get from organic farm and plant nurseries. In India the organic farms are present in the Delhi NCR, Faridabad. The soil in which these are cultivated are surely pure because of the vermicomposting process. This is an organic process in which the soil is treated with organic fertilizers and soul friendly worms like EISENIA FETIDA.
There are various types of mustard seeds but mainly of two types.
- Yellow mustard seeds.
- Black mustard seeds.
